Non Warranty Repairs

Should the repairs to your notebook not be covered under the warranty, we will provide a quotation before starting any work.

A charge of £79 ex VAT is made for the collection, inspection and return of a notebook where the warranty has expired. Should you decide to proceed with the supplied quote, we will not make any further collection or return charge but you will be charged for parts and labour spent to carry out the repair.
